These Regulations define the rules for using services provided electronically by SolidBee Studio.

1. General provisions

The service provider is SolidBee Studio based in Poland. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services electronically, including the conditions for concluding and terminating contracts and the complaint procedure.

2. Definitions

Service provider - SolidBee Studio. Customer - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit using the services of the Service Provider. Service - a service provided electronically, in particular: website creation, SEO optimization, WCAG accessibility audits, website administration, performance optimization and IT consulting. Agreement - an agreement for the provision of services concluded between the Service Provider and the Customer.

3. Scope of services

SolidBee Studio provides services in the field of: website design and creation, search engine optimization (SEO), audits and implementation of WCAG accessibility standards, ongoing administration and maintenance of websites, performance optimization and technology consulting.

4. Terms of service provision

The conditions for the provision of a specific service, including the scope of work, completion date and remuneration, are specified individually in the offer or contract. The work begins after the offer is accepted and any advance payment is made.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Service Provider undertakes to provide services with due diligence, in accordance with the agreed conditions. The Customer undertakes to provide timely materials necessary to provide the service, cooperate to the extent necessary for the proper implementation of the service and timely payment of remuneration.

6. Remuneration and payments

Remuneration for services is determined individually. Payments are made on the basis of issued invoices, within the deadlines specified in the contract. In case of delay in payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge statutory interest.

7. Copyright

All materials produced as part of the service constitute the intellectual property of the Service Provider until full payment of the remuneration. After full payment, the property rights to the materials are transferred to the Customer to the extent specified in the contract.

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding the services provided should be submitted to [email protected]. The Service Provider considers complaints within 14 business days from the date of their receipt. The response to the complaint is sent to the Customer's e-mail address.

9. Responsibility

The Service Provider is not liable for: interruptions in the availability of the website resulting from reasons beyond the Service Provider's control, content provided by the Customer, consequences resulting from incorrect use of the services by the Customer and damage resulting from force majeure.

10. Final provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Regulations. Customers will be informed about changes electronically. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. Any disputes arising from these Regulations will be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of the Service Provider.
